Comment: Thank you for the poems. Jane, my wife, and I love England; though we are in USA--indigenous--we think it is grand to live in England. I left England in 1967--Little Paxton, and left England in 1963--Ipswich. God bless. I am only 16 in '68.

Comment: I read about Jane in the Seven magazine last night. I have been finding this week hard. November 16th was my daughters 18th birthday. Melissa died on February 4th 2001 after being hit by a car after she got off a bus. I don't think I will ever come to terms with the enormity of what happened, I still think my beautiful blond haired daughter is going to come back through the door with a huge beaming smile. Thank you Dorothy for sharing your daughter with me through her words. You have given me something to think about. John too has also given me an insight to the thoughts of a sibling. Jessica was just 12 when her sister died and I still do not know how she feels, we discuss Melissa often but Jess never lets me in to her mind. Thank you. Louise. xxxxxxx Lo

Comment: If the news of the death of my son Does nothing more than send you home to Hug your loved ones and tell them, For the first or ten thousandth time, "I love you". Or makes you pick up the 'phone to tell Your fussy Mum or Your grumpy Dad "Hello, I thought of you today." Or makes you turn unexpectedly to your wife To kiss the back of her neck and say "Thanks"; Or helps you find a way to say to your husband "I'm so proud of you"; Or turns your annoyance To a smile, because you realise That Life really is too short To 'sweat the small stuff', Then my pain will be eased, just a little. ----------------------- Thank you for sharing your beautiful girl with us. Nina <>< In honour of Jonny 14/01/1982-16/08/2004
